FL413FW 型柴油机是德国道依兹公司生产的风冷高速低污染型发动机,在金川集团主要用在美国生产的 LHD928型铲运机和 MK-A25.5 t 型自卸卡车上,其主要配置是10缸和12缸2种机型,均为“V”形布置。FL413FW 型柴油机新总成在井下使用的期限为2 a,大修后使用的期限可达1 a。由于大修成本远远低于整机购进成本,所以 FL413FW 型柴油机的大修对降低生产设备成本具有重要意义。在对 FL413FW 型柴油机进行大修时,发现一些容易被忽视的问题和修理时的一些错误操作,造成了柴油机修理质量不高和使用寿命不长的隐患,现将其归结为2个方面进行具体分析。
The FL413FW diesel engine is an air-cooled, high-speed and low-pollution engine produced by Doherty, Germany. The Jinhua Group is mainly used in the LHD928 scraper and the MK-A25.5 t dump truck produced in the United States. The main configuration is 10-cylinder and 12-cylinder 2 models are “” V-shaped layout. The new FL413FW diesel engine will be used for a period of 2 years downhole and up to 1 year after overhauling. As the overhaul cost is far lower than the purchase cost of the whole machine, the overhaul of the FL413FW diesel engine is of great significance for reducing the production equipment cost. During the overhaul of the FL413FW diesel engine, some easily overlooked problems and some mistaken operation during the repair were found, which led to the hidden trouble of low quality and long service life of the diesel engine.
