本文就人工诱导小麦根瘤对寄主植物的生理效应进行了研究。结果表明,由2,4—D诱导根瘤菌侵染产生的瘤状结构,在45天前对小麦苗和根瘤的生长有一定的影响,其中以根的抑制尤为明显。但能促进植物体内矿质元素的积累。
In this paper, the physiological effects of artificially induced wheat nodules on host plants were studied. The results showed that the nodule structure induced by rhizobium infection induced by 2,4-D had some effects on the growth of wheat seedlings and nodules 45 days before, especially the root inhibition. But can promote the accumulation of mineral elements in plants.
