以聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚为乳化剂,正戊醇为基础溶剂,建立了乳浊液进样-GFAAS法快速测定变压器绝缘油中铁、铜含量的方法。对样品乳浊液化处理并优化石墨炉升温条件,粘稠状绝缘油样品可以无需预处理,直接完成进样测定。测得Fe和Cu的检出限分别为1.37 ng和0.78 ng,RSD在4.6%~5.2%之间,其加标回收率在99.2%~101.6%之间。方法可用于变压器绝缘油中铁、铜含量的测定。
Polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether as emulsifier and n-amyl alcohol as base solvent, a method of emulsion-sample-GFAAS for rapid determination of iron and copper in transformer insulating oil was established. The sample emulsion liquefaction and optimization of graphite furnace heating conditions, viscous insulating oil samples can be without pretreatment, direct injection determination. The detection limits of Fe and Cu were found to be 1.37 ng and 0.78 ng, respectively. The RSDs ranged from 4.6% to 5.2%. The spiked recoveries ranged from 99.2% to 101.6%. The method can be used for the determination of iron and copper in transformer insulating oil.
