提出了涡轮钻具装配对四支点推力轴承组游隙影响的游隙概率分析方法。通过轴承组游隙概率分析 ,发现装配对游隙概率影响相当大 ,推力轴承内外隔圈轨道不同心是引起卡阻现象发生的主要原因。为了避免装配对推力轴承游隙率的影响 ,建议推力轴承外圈与涡轮壳体不采用配合关系 ,并建立了确定推力轴承外圈直径的计算式。
A method of analyzing the clearance of turbine assembly on the play of four-point thrust bearing assembly is proposed. Through the bearing group clearance probability analysis, it is found that the assembly has a significant impact on the clearance probability, and the different hearts of the inner and outer spacer rings of the thrust bearing are the main causes of the jamming phenomenon. In order to avoid the influence of assembly on the thrust bearing’s clearance, it is suggested that the outer ring of the thrust bearing and the turbine shell do not adopt the mating relationship, and the formula for determining the diameter of the outer ring of the thrust bearing is established.
