我们曾应用到平面的射影变换分析直齿锥齿轮龟齿机的产形轮齿廓的啮合状态,事实表明,按这种思路处理问题能够避免“包络法”和“运动学法”中求相对运动引起的冗长运算,因此较为简洁、透彻。本文将发展这一想法,首先将射影变换的概念从平面推广到曲面,然后应用它分析铣齿机的刀具圆锥面,我们找到了刀盘及其安装参数的临界值,当它越过这个值时啮合特态将发生突变;求得了这些参数保证正规切齿的范围和产生奇异现象的区间;给出了计算机模拟切齿的方案。
We have applied planar projective transformation to analyze the meshing state of the profile wheel profile of straight bevel gear turtles. When it crosses this value The meshing state will be abruptly changed; the range of the normal cutting teeth and the range of generating singularity are obtained by these parameters; and the scheme of computer simulation of the cutting teeth is given.
