网络营销是一种新型市场营销方式。中国-东盟博览会永久落户南宁,给广西中小企业与东盟国家之间的网络营销的发展带来了重大机遇和挑战。广西中小企业与东盟国家网络营销主要存在缺乏相关立法、网络营销执法水平低下、营销人员法制意识淡漠和法治化人才缺乏等问题。上述问题可以从网络营销立法、网络营销执法、网络营销守法和加强专业人才培养四个视角提出相关措施,以期为广西中小企业与东盟国家的网络营销法治化实现路径提供参考。
Internet marketing is a new way of marketing. The permanent establishment of China-ASEAN Expo in Nanning has brought major opportunities and challenges to the development of online marketing between small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangxi and ASEAN countries. Guangxi SMEs and ASEAN countries mainly lack of network marketing related legislation, low level of network marketing law enforcement, marketing staff awareness of the lack of legal system and the rule of law lack of talent and other issues. The above problems can be put forward from the four perspectives of network marketing legislation, internet marketing law enforcement, internet marketing law enforcement and strengthening the cultivation of professionals in order to provide reference for the realization of the legalization of Internet marketing in Guangxi SMEs and ASEAN countries.
