人事争议仲裁工作是适应建立社会主义市场经济体制和深化人事制度改革的要求而发展起来的一项新的工作,是构建和谐社会的有效举措。我们要根据党的十六届五中全会提出的增强自主创新能力的要求,进一步做好人事争议仲裁工作,创新工作机制、创新制度建设、创新服务领域、创新服务观念,促进和谐社会的发展。
Arbitration of personnel disputes is a new work developed to meet the requirements of establishing a socialist market economic system and deepening the reform of the personnel system, and is an effective measure for building a harmonious society. In accordance with the requirements of strengthening the capability of independent innovation proposed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, we must further do a good job in personnel dispute arbitration, innovate the working mechanism, innovate the system and innovate new service areas, innovate service concepts and promote the development of a harmonious society.
