目的考察不同性别以及不同性别角色的大学生职业自我效能感的差异。方法采用大学生性别角色量表(CSRI)和职业自我效能量表对320名大学生进行测查。结果男女大学生的职业自我效能感并无显著差异,只是在传统女性职业上女生的得分显著高于男生的得分。双性化类型的职业自我效能感显著高于其他3种类型,而其他3种类型之间并无显著差异。结论不同性别及性别角色的大学生职业自我效能感存在显著差异。
Objective To investigate the differences of occupational self-efficacy among undergraduates with different gender and gender roles. Methods A total of 320 undergraduates were examined using the College Students Gender Role Scale (CSRI) and the Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale. Results There was no significant difference between male and female college students in occupational self-efficacy, except that in traditional female occupations, the score of female students was significantly higher than that of boys. The occupational self-efficacy of the bisexual type was significantly higher than the other three types, while there was no significant difference between the other three types. Conclusion There is a significant difference in occupational self-efficacy among college students with different gender and gender roles.
