Now the problems facing U.S. businesses are competing with Japanese companies. In particular, in the international market, U.S. companies are fighting against their most beloved Japanese company. In the electronics industry, chemical industry, automobile industry and light industry, Japanese products must replace the United States in the international arena. Moreover, some products have entered the domestic market of the United States and become the rival of the U.S. industry and commerce. Since the 1980s, the U.S. business community has been eyeing Japan with eyeing. Some troubled industrial sectors in the United States prayed that the government should actively adopt policies on trade protection and tariff barriers. On the other hand, they should work hard to rectify their internal problems and increase the strength of their enterprises in order to compete with Japan. The book “Corporate Culture” is a recipe for American companies to compete with Japanese companies.
