一、前言目前,柴油机较普遍地采用钢脊铝合金轴瓦,它能满足柴油机各种工况使用要求。但对铝合金轴瓦的修复,国内、外都还没有什么好方法。我国柴油机型号较多,有些机型修理尺寸轴瓦市场没有供应,致使机车因缺轴瓦而不能及时修复。在生产实际中磨修曲轴多采用“磨园为止”的作法,常出现磨后轴颈鼠不上合适尺寸的轴瓦。因此对铝合金轴瓦的修复是一项十分有意义的工作,它既可给国家节约能源,又能节约钢材和有色金属。
