目的探讨总序香茶菜醇提取物对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管新生的影响。方法取8日龄鸡胚随机分成9组,即生理盐水阴性对照组、沙利度胺阳性对照组、空白血清组、总序香茶菜醇提取物低(100mg/kg)、中(200mg/kg)、高(400mg/kg)剂量给药血清组及低(2.5mg/ml)、中(5.0mg/ml)、高(10.0mg/ml)剂量生药组。建立CAM模型,培养48 h后采集数据,利用Image_ProPlus 6.0软件,定量血管新生面积、蛋壳开窗处对应的CAM面积,计算血管新生面积与CAM面积的比值。结果总序香茶菜醇提取物中、高剂量给药血清组和高剂量生药组的血管新生面积均明显低于生理盐水对照组(P<0.05)。结论总序香茶菜醇提取物能明显抑制鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管新生。
Objective To investigate the effects of total alcohol extract of Cha Cha Cha on angiogenesis in chick chorioallantoic membrane. Methods 8-day-old chick embryos were randomly divided into 9 groups: normal saline control group, thalidomide positive control group, blank serum group, total order Camellia oleifera alcohol extract low (100mg / kg) kg), high dose (400mg / kg) and low dose (2.5mg / ml) medium (5.0mg / ml) and high dose (10.0mg / ml) The CAM model was established and the data were collected after 48 h. The area of CAM and the area of CAM were calculated by Image_ProPlus 6.0. Results Total order Anguilla chamomile alcohol extract, high-dose group and high-dose crude drug group angiogenesis area were significantly lower than the saline control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The total order alcohol extract of Cha Chamai can significantly inhibit chick chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis.
