目的探讨眼部注射庆大霉素所引起的中毒性视网膜病变。方法观察7例玻璃体内及结膜下注射庆大霉素后表现后极部视网膜水肿、出血、动静脉阻塞，晚期视神经萎缩。5例做了荧光素眼底血管造影检查。结果荧光素造影显示，病变区视网膜血管中断呈大片无灌注区。血管壁染色并渗漏，晚期视盘呈强荧光。视力预后极差。结论庆大霉素玻璃体内注射用量应低于200μg或更换其它有效抗生素。
Objective To investigate the toxic retinopathy caused by gentamicin injection in the eye. Methods 7 cases of intravitreal and subconjunctival injection of gentamicin after the performance of the Department of retinal edema, bleeding, arteriovenous obstruction, advanced optic atrophy. 5 cases did fluorescein angiography. Results fluorescein angiography showed that retinal vascular lesions in a large area without perfusion. Vascular wall staining and leakage, advanced disc was strong fluorescence. Poor vision prognosis. Conclusion Gentamycin intravitreal injection should be less than 200μg or replace with other effective antibiotics.
