目的:探讨设立院感监控护士对医院感染管理质量的作用。方法:在我院部分科室设立院感监控护士,以手术室、ICU作为目标科室,由院感监控护士负责对应科室的感染检测和管控,对医院感染发生率以及医护人员的医院感染认知水平进行对比分析。结果:目标科室医护人员的医院感染知识考核成绩有明显的提高,同时医院感染发生率也有明显的下降。结论:设立院感监控护士能够有效提升医院感染管理质量,提高医护人员的医院感染认知水平,是一种有效的管控办法,值得推广使用。
Objective: To explore the role of setting up nursery surveillance nurses on the quality of nosocomial infection management. Methods: Nursing surveillance nurses were set up in some departments of our hospital. The operating room and ICU were set as the target departments. The nurse in charge of nurses monitored and controlled the department’s infections. The prevalence of nosocomial infections and the level of nosocomial infection in health care workers For comparative analysis. Results: The medical examination results of hospital infection in the target department obviously improved, and the incidence of nosocomial infection also dropped significantly. Conclusion: Establishing nosocomial monitoring nurses can effectively improve the quality of nosocomial infection management and improve the level of nosocomial infection among medical staff. It is an effective management and control method that is worth promoting.
