Rice originated in the tropics, can not adapt to lower temperatures, in the flowering period in the face of zero cold, cold damage occurs. First, the critical temperature and critical time (days) of chilling injury at flowering stage, the sensitive period of chilling injury and the chilling tolerance of cold-damaged organs and cultivars were studied. Secondly, the chemical and physical defense
