乙肝疫苗的接种为人类控制乙肝流行做出了巨大贡献,但乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)在疫苗、核苷类药物的筛选压力下易发生突变成为疫苗变异株,可能影响疫苗的保护效果。近期建立的HBV体外感染系统为研究疫苗逃逸株对乙肝疫苗保护人群的潜在威胁提供了工具。本文对HBV疫苗逃逸株及其研究策略进行初步探讨。
Inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine has made a great contribution to the control of hepatitis B in mankind. However, hepatitis B virus (HBV) is easily mutated under the screening pressure of vaccines and nucleoside drugs to become a vaccine strain that may affect the vaccine Protection effect. The recently established system of HBV in vitro infection provides a tool for studying the potential escape of vaccine escape strains against the hepatitis B vaccine to protect populations. In this paper, HBV vaccine escape strains and their research strategies are discussed.
