目的探讨神经元型—氧化氮合酶(nNOS)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在人胎早期小肠绒毛中的表达规律。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC和PV法检测第2、3、4月龄段,nNOS和VEGF在14例人胎小肠绒毛中的表达。结果第2月胚龄时,nNOS在小肠绒毛中呈阴性表达,VEGF在小肠绒毛上皮细胞呈阳性表达。第3~4月胎龄段,nNOS和VEGF在小肠绒毛部分细胞均呈阳性表达。结论nNOS和VEGF与人胎早期小肠绒毛的生长发育关系密切。
Objective To investigate the expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in early human fetal villus. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC and PV method were used to detect the expression of nNOS and VEGF in 14 cases of human fetal small intestine villi at the second, third and fourth month of age. Results At the second month of embryo age, nNOS was negatively expressed in small intestine villi and VEGF was positive in small intestinal villus epithelial cells. The 3rd to 4th gestational age group, nNOS and VEGF in the villus of the small intestine were positive for all cells. Conclusions nNOS and VEGF are closely related to the growth and development of early human small intestine villi.
