针对大时滞复杂过程难以实施高品质控制,提出了一种基于I-Fuzzy-Smith算法的融合控制策略。研究了大时滞复杂过程的控制论特性与控制难点,以及集成模糊、Smith预估和积分控制各自的优势,给出了将其融合的I-Fuzzy-Smith控制算法。以大惯性大时滞过程为例,基于Matlab仿真对融合控制进行了比较研究,系统响应验证了I-Fuzzy-Smith控制算法的动、静态控制品质和鲁棒性优于另外两种算法。研究结果表明:提出的融合策略控制精度高,系统动、静态控制品质好,表现出很强的鲁棒性。
Aiming at the difficulty of implementing high quality control in complex processes with large time delay, a new fusion control strategy based on I-Fuzzy-Smith algorithm is proposed. The control characteristics and control difficulties of complex processes with large time delay, as well as the respective advantages of integrated fuzzy, Smith predictor and integral control, are studied. An I-Fuzzy-Smith control algorithm is proposed. Taking large inertia large time delay process as an example, the fusion control is compared based on Matlab simulation. The system response verifies that the quality and robustness of I-Fuzzy-Smith control algorithm are better than the other two algorithms. The results show that the proposed fusion strategy has high control precision, good dynamic and static control quality, and strong robustness.
