目的:观察沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂吸入干预支气管哮喘的效果,探讨其对患者肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法:选择2002-06/2004-04湛江中心人民医院院呼吸内科门诊符合纳入标准的中、重度支气管哮喘患者64例为研究对象。随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。治疗组每日吸入沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂2次,共24周;对照组每日吸入替卡松气雾剂2次,共24周。治疗前及治疗第1,4,12,24周检查肺功能和治疗前后进行生活质量评估比较。结果:治疗组治疗后第1周哮喘症状日间评分、夜间评分和沙丁胺醇气雾剂用量犤(1.69±0.14)分,(1.15±0.15)分,(2.23±0.23)喷/d犦明显低于对照组犤(1.80±0.15)分,(1.25±0.14)分,(2.40±0.25)喷/d犦(t=2.5~2.8,P<0.05),第24周明显低于对照组t=10.8~13.0,P(<0.01)。治疗组治疗后第1秒用力呼气量和最大呼气峰速值(peakexpiratoryflowrates,PEFR较对照组明显改善)(t=2.4~14.0,P<0.05~0.01),生活质量较对照组明显提高(t=3.1~8.0,P<0.01)。结论:沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂吸入可改善患者肺功能及提高生活质量。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of inhaled salmeterol / fluticasone dry powder on bronchial asthma and explore its effect on pulmonary function and quality of life. Methods: Sixty-four patients with moderate and severe bronchial asthma complying with the inclusion criteria of the Department of Respiratory Medicine, Zhanjiang Central People’s Hospital from June 2002 to April 2004 were selected as the study objects. Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each group. In the treatment group, inhaled salmeterol / fluticasone dry powder was given twice daily for 24 weeks. In the control group, the mice were given inhaled doxercic aerosol twice a day for 24 weeks. Before treatment and treatment 1, 4, 12, 24 weeks to check the lung function and quality of life before and after treatment evaluation comparison. Results: Day 1 asthma symptom score, nighttime score and salbutamol aerosol dosage (1.69 ± 0.14), (1.15 ± 0.15) points and (2.23 ± 0.23) day / week in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group The control group was significantly lower than the control group at t = 10.8 ~ (P <0.05) in the control group (1.80 ± 0.15), (1.25 ± 0.14) points and (2.40 ± 0.25) 13.0, P (<0.01). In the treatment group, the forced expiratory volume at 1 second and peakex flowflowrates (PEFR were significantly improved compared with the control group) (t = 2.4-14.0, P <0.05-0.01), and the quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group t = 3.1 ~ 8.0, P <0.01). Conclusions: Salmeterol / fluticasone dry powder inhalation improves lung function and improves quality of life.
