目的为了规范生物碱中药的生产,提高其纯度和疗效,开展了用离子交换纤维提取生物碱的研究,探讨用离子交换纤维分离纯化生物碱的方法及工艺。方法在静态条件下,分别考察了温度、pH值和生物碱溶液浓度等因素对离子交换纤维吸附生物碱的影响。结果确定了离子交换纤维静态吸附生物碱的最佳工艺参数:吸附的最佳温度为40℃,吸附的最佳pH为6.40,在此条件下的静态饱和吸附量为911.47 mg/g。吸附速率快,在40℃条件下,58 m in时吸附达到平衡,具有实用开发价值。结论自制的强酸性离子交换纤维对生物碱具有很好的吸附效果,利用离子交换纤维提纯分离生物碱的方法是可行的。
Objective To standardize the production of alkaloids traditional Chinese medicine and improve its purity and efficacy, the study of extracting alkaloids from ion-exchange fibers was carried out and the methods and techniques for the separation and purification of alkaloids from ion-exchange fibers were discussed. Methods Under static conditions, the effects of temperature, pH value and concentration of alkaloid solution on the adsorption of alkaloids by ion exchange fiber were investigated. The optimum technological parameters of static adsorption of alkaloids on ion-exchange fibers were determined: the optimum adsorption temperature was 40 ℃, the optimum adsorption pH was 6.40, and the static adsorption capacity was 911.47 mg / g. Adsorption rate is fast, adsorption equilibrium is reached at 58 mins at 40 ℃, which has practical value for development. Conclusion The homemade strong acid ion exchange fiber has a good adsorption effect on alkaloids. It is feasible to purify and separate alkaloids by using ion exchange fiber.
