绿化用客土喷播机软管泵主要存在的问题是橡胶软管受力复杂,容易损坏,流量和压力具有脉动特点,因此如何检测软管泵的性能参数如流量、压力、扭矩和转速,是客土喷播机软管泵性能评价和优化设计,为进一步的实验研究提供理论依据的必要手段。本检测系统是根据国内外学者的泵测试技术研究成果,综合计算机技术、传感器技术、信号调理技术和数据采集处理技术来开发的,检测系统软件是VisualC++开发,在Win32环境下运行。整个检测系统操作简便、人机界面友好,能在工业现场条件下快速、准确检测软管泵的流量、扭矩和转速。
The main problems existing in the greening sowing machine hose pump are the complicated and easily damaged rubber hose, the pulsation characteristics of flow and pressure, so how to check the performance parameters of the hose pump such as flow, pressure, torque and speed, It is a necessary measure to provide theoretical basis for further experimental research on the performance evaluation and optimization design of hose pump for the local earth sowing machine. The testing system is developed based on the research results of pump testing technology by domestic and foreign scholars and integrated with computer technology, sensor technology, signal conditioning technology and data acquisition and processing technology. The testing system software is developed by Visual C ++ and runs in Win32 environment. The entire detection system is simple, man-machine interface is friendly, can quickly and accurately detect the hose pump flow, torque and speed under industrial field conditions.
