通过研究醉马芨芨草(Achnatherum inebrians)根、茎、叶水浸液在0.2,0.1,0.05,0.025 g·mL~-1浓度下对无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis)种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同部位水浸液对无芒雀麦种子发芽率、发芽势、萌发指数、胚根长、芽长、根芽重具有一定的抑制作用,且对化感效应的敏感性为发芽势>萌发指数>萌发率。水浸液的化感效应表现为叶>茎>根,水浸液的化感作用在高浓度(0.2 g·mL~-1)下对无芒雀麦种子萌发具有显著抑制性,但其他浓度间具有一定波动性,整体化感效应表现出随着浓度增加抑制作用越强。
The effects of aqueous extracts of roots, stems and leaves of Achnatherum inebrians on seed germination of Bromus inermis were studied at 0.2, 0.1, 0.05 and 0.025 g · mL -1 concentrations. The results showed that the aqueous extracts of different parts had some inhibitory effects on the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, radicle length, bud length and root bud weight of A. brunnea seedlings.
