患者女,63岁,因血尿一年余,伴双下肢皮下血肿于1989年4月27日入院.患者一年前出现肉眼血尿,8个月前出现双下肢肿痛及淤斑,近半月来症状加重而入我院。患者既往体健。曾分娩12次。无分娩大出血史。查体:T:37℃,BP:104/70mmHg,无贫血貌,双下肢大腿部有大块皮下血肿,压痛明显,四肢散在淤斑,心肺肝脾未见异常。化验:WBC5.6×10~9/L,Hb:116g/L,RBC:4.3×10~(12)/L,Plt:
Female patient, 63 years old, hematuria more than a year, with double lower extremity hematoma was admitted on April 27, 1989. Patients with gross hematuria a year ago, 8 months ago, both lower extremity swelling and ecchymosis, almost half a month Symptoms worsened into our hospital. Past patient’s health. Had delivered 12 times. No bleeding history of childbirth. Examination: T: 37 ℃, BP: 104 / 70mmHg, no anemia appearance, both lower extremity thighs have large subcutaneous hematoma, tenderness obvious, scattered in the ecchymosis limbs, heart and lung liver and spleen no abnormalities.
