[目的]观察用甘草水煎剂冷藏保存的离体肺顺应性的变化。[方法]将32只家兔肺随机均分至对照组、用甘草水煎剂冷藏(4℃)保存24h组、72h组和120h组。对照组:测定室温条件下的肺顺应性。冷藏组:在相应时间取出肺,室温条件下复温后,置入生理盐水中,测定注气和抽气过程中,肺容积在10ml、20ml、30ml时的肺的顺应性。[结果]与对照组比较,注气不同剂量的实验组除10ml冷藏72h组外,其余均有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。与对照组比较,除10ml冷藏72h组,20ml冷藏72h组,l0ml冷藏120h组,20ml冷藏120h组外,抽气不同剂量的实验组与对照组比较,均有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。与对照组比较,注水不同剂量的实验组除10ml、20ml、30ml冷藏24h组外,其余均有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。与对照组比较,注水不同剂量的实验组除10ml、20ml、30ml冷藏24h组外,其余均有统计学差异(P均﹤0.001)[结论]在一定时间内,用甘草水煎剂冷藏保存后离体肺顺应性增强,其影响程度随冷藏时间增加而增大。
[Objective] To observe the changes of isolated lung compliance with licorice water decoction. [Method] 32 rabbits were randomly divided into control group and preserved in the 24h, 72h and 120h groups with licorice root decoction at 4 ℃. Control group: Lung compliance measured at room temperature. In the cold storage group, the lungs were taken out at the appropriate time, rewarmed at room temperature, and then placed in physiological saline. The compliance of the lungs in the lungs of 10 ml, 20 ml, and 30 ml during gas injection and aspiration was measured. [Results] Compared with the control group, the experimental groups injected with different doses of gas in addition to the 10ml refrigeration 72h group, the rest were statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group and the control group were significantly different (P <0.05) except the 10ml chilled 72h group, the 20ml chilled 72h group, the l0ml chilled 120h group and the 20ml chilled 120h group. Compared with the control group, except for 10ml, 20ml and 30ml refrigerated 24h group, there were significant differences (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental groups injected with different doses of 10ml, 20ml, 30ml refrigerated 24h group, the rest were statistically different (all P <0.001). [Conclusion] After a certain period of time, In vitro lung compliance increased, the extent of its impact increases with the increase of refrigeration time.
