Renal hemangiomas are rare diseases. Usually single, rarely multiple or bilateral. Often accompanied by cerebral, bone, liver or large intestine hemangiomas. It has nothing to do with race, gender and kidney location. However, the incidence of female or right kidney is slightly higher. Clinically, this hemangioma may be asymptomatic. The main symptom is hematuria, and sometimes heavier and/or recurrent. Since urography fails to show lesions, renal vascular cancer is also a rare cause of hematuria, so it may be misdiagnosed as primary hematuria. Renal angiography, when other bleeding causes are excluded, and diagnostic laparotomy is a reliable diagnostic method when needed. The case of renal hemangioma reported by the author here can quite reflect the characteristics of this rare disease.
