林泰阁CSD3000型沥青搅拌站采用标准集装箱式的结构,因其结构简单、占地面积小、转场容易和热效率高等特点而受到用户的青睐。我单位用此设备曾生产沥青混合料15万t(其中有10万t为SBS改性沥青混合料),每吨沥青混合料所消耗的柴油为5.88kg(包括导热油炉和备用发电机组,并且是在雨季施工),消耗电能为3.4kW·h。为使其能达到较高的生产率,使用中应注意以下几方面。
