目的 :观察六味地黄汤 (LiuweiDihuangdecoction ,LW)对快速老化小鼠 (senescenceaccelerat edmouse ,SAM)睾丸间质细胞睾酮分泌功能的影响。方法 :采用睾丸间质细胞体外培养方法 ,观察了SAM增龄过程中睾丸间质细胞睾酮分泌功能的变化及长期口服LW对快速老化亚系小鼠 (senes cenceacceleratedmouse/prone8,SAMP8)睾酮分泌能力的影响。结果 :SAMP8随增龄睾丸间质细胞分泌睾酮的能力明显早衰 ,至 11月龄时其睾酮分泌功能较同月龄抗快速老化亚系小鼠 (senescenceacceleratedmouse/resistance1,SAMR1)明显降低 ,而SAMR1随增龄睾丸间质细胞的睾酮分泌能力变化不明显。 5月龄SAMP8连续喂含LW (2 .5及 5.0g/kg)的药物饲料 5个月 ,可明显提高其睾丸间质细胞分泌睾酮的能力。结论 :SAMP8随增龄睾丸间质细胞的分泌功能明显降低 ,LW对其具有明显的改善作用并能延缓SAMP8睾丸间质细胞功能的衰退
Objective: To observe the effect of Liuwei Dihuangdecoction (LW) on the testosterone secretion of testicular stromal cells from senescence accelerated leucocytes (SAM). METHODS: In vitro culture of testicular stromal cells was used to observe the changes of testosterone secretion in Leydig cells during SAM aging and the long-term oral administration of LW to the testosterone secretory capacity of fast aging mice (senes cence acceleration mouse/prone8, SAMP8). influences. RESULTS: The ability of SAMP8 to secrete testosterone in testicular stromal cells of aging rats was significantly premature, and its testosterone secretion function was significantly lower than that of senescence accelerated mouse (SAMR1) at the age of 11 months, and SAMR1 was increased at the age of 11 months. The testosterone secretory capacity of testicular stromal cells of aged rats did not change significantly. 5-month old SAMP8 continuous feeding of drug feeds containing LW (2.5 and 5.0 g/kg) for 5 months significantly increased the ability of testicular stromal cells to secrete testosterone. Conclusion : The secretion of SAMP8 is significantly decreased with the increase of testicular Leydig cells in aged rats. LW has a significant effect on improving the function of SAMP8 Leydig cells.
