目的探讨脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿酸(UA)、FBG、BP与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系。方法经彩色多普勒超声检查,脑梗死患者120例分为无斑块组(A组,33例)、稳定斑块组(B组,36例)和易损斑块组(C组,51例)。检测血清Hcy、UA、FBG、BP及其他颈动脉粥样硬化相关指标水平,分析影响颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的因素。结果 B、C组血清Hcy、UA、FBG和SBP水平均高于A组(P<0.05),C组血清Hcy和UA水平高于B组(P<0.05)。血清Hcy、UA、FBG和SBP是颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者血清Hcy、UA、FBG和SBP是颈动脉粥样斑块形成的独立影响因素,血清Hcy和UA水平与斑块易损性相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy), uric acid (UA), FBG, BP and carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into three groups according to color Doppler ultrasonography: group A (n = 33), group B (n = 36), group C example). Serum levels of Hcy, UA, FBG, BP and other carotid atherosclerosis related indexes were detected to analyze the factors affecting the formation of carotid atherosclerosis plaque. Results The levels of serum Hcy, UA, FBG and SBP in group B and group C were significantly higher than those in group A (P <0.05). The levels of serum Hcy and UA in group C were higher than those in group B (P <0.05). Serum Hcy, UA, FBG and SBP were independent influencing factors of carotid atherosclerosis plaque formation (P <0.05). Conclusions Serum Hcy, UA, FBG and SBP in patients with cerebral infarction are independent factors affecting the formation of carotid artery plaque. The levels of serum Hcy and UA are correlated with the vulnerability of plaque.
