目的建立生脉注射液和注射用生脉中五味子醇甲的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(50∶50);体积流量:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:218 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μL。结果五味子醇甲线性范围为2.98~29.8μg/mL(r=0.999 6),生脉注射液和注射用生脉中五味子醇甲的平均回收率分别为98.9%、98.2%,RSD分别为0.79%、1.1%(n=9)。结论本法操作简便、结果准确,适合这两种制剂中五味子醇甲的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of schisandrol A in Shengmai injection and Shengmai injection. Method using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Column: Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (50:50); volumetric flow rate: 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength: 218 nm; column temperature: 25°C; Sample volume: 10 μL. Results The linear range of schisandrin was 2.98-29.8μg/mL (r=0.999 6). The average recoveries of schisandrol A in Shengmai injection and Shengmai injection were 98.9% and 98.2% respectively, and the RSD was 0.79% respectively. , 1.1% (n=9). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of schisandrol A in these two preparations.
