本文研究了同一组合十个陆地棉品种间杂种F5的十二个产量及主要农艺性状间的相关,并作了遗传通径分析。结果表明:在皮棉产量构成因素中,单株铃数最重要,且遗传力高,遗传变异系数较大,在保证一定单铃重与衣分的基础上,于F5对单株铃数加以重点选择,收效良好。在供试农艺性状中,现蕾一开花天数对单株铃数与衣分的正影响大,与皮棉产量的遗传相关为高度正相关,自身遗传力又较高,可作为选择单株铃数和衣分从而提高皮棉产量的重点副性状。
In this paper, we studied the correlation between twelve yield and major agronomic traits of hybrid F5 among ten Gossypium hirsutum cultivars in the same combination and made genetic path analysis.
