目的:探究将测量A点凸距运用于安氏Ⅱ类1分类错正畸治疗的效果。方法:选择某院收治的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者100例,根据不同垂直骨面类型将其分成3组,分别为高角组(30例)、均角组(52例)和低角组(18例),测量3组的SNA角、A点到N-P距离。结果:3组SNA角之间的差异不显著(P>0.05);高角组A点到N-P距离显著大于均角组,差异显著(P<0.05);均角组A点到N-P距离显著大于低角组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形患者,在术前测量A点凸距能够为正畸治疗提供客观判断依据,从而有效节约医务人员判断时间,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of measuring the protrusion of point A in Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. Methods: One hundred patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion admitted to hospital were divided into three groups according to different types of vertical bone: high angle group (30 cases), average angle group (52 cases) and low angle Group (n = 18). The SNA angle of the three groups was measured, and the distance from point A to NP was measured. Results: There was no significant difference in SNA angle between the three groups (P> 0.05). The distance from point A to NP in high angle group was significantly larger than that in the average angle group (P <0.05) Angle group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: It is worth to popularize the judgment of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion patients that preoperative measurement of A-point distance can provide objective judgment for orthodontic treatment.
