根据西黑山露天矿设计的具体工艺设备情况及数字矿山(Digital Mine,DM)技术国内外最新进展,本设计认为采用数字矿山技术实现西黑山露天矿主要业务信息化管理是实现西黑山露天矿现代化管理的最佳途径。从西黑山露天矿空间和地面两方面采用遥感、勘探、测绘、传感、通讯等多种手段获得海量的矿山数据,建立一套能够容纳西黑山露天矿将要建立的各类管理、生产指挥、生产监控计算机系统的总体构架,将这些系统的信息嵌入到三维坐标基础之上,按地理信息系统图形方式实现查询统计、地下矿床的三维可视化及生产管理决策的模拟、仿真和过程分析,使矿山管理人员共享各类信息,综合掌握分析生产、管理、经营等各方面情况,达到生产管理决策与生产指挥的快速、准确、优化之目的。实现西黑山露天矿数字化管理,对减少露天矿管理人员及辅助人员、挖掘生产潜力、提高生产效率和经济效益、降低成本具有十分重要的意义。
