上海市首次民政系统档案工作会议于1999年4月20日召开。这次会议主要是贯彻党的十五大精神,认真执行《中华人民共和国档案法》和《上海市档案条例》,回顾总结上海市民政系统的档案工作,进一步认清民政系统档案工作面临的新形势和存在的问题,明确管理职责,推进档案工作新发展,使民政档案工作更好地适应和服务于民政事业发展的需要。 上海市民政局局长施德容同志在会上作了《认清形势,明确目标,全面推进民政系统档案工作》的报告。报告指出:近两年来市民政系统的档案工作紧紧围绕“创一流、争第一”的工作目标,认真贯彻实施《档案法》、《上海市档案条例》,对照《上海市档案工作一级标 Shanghai’s first civil affairs system archives meeting was held on April 20, 1999.
