本文研究了口服碱提类肝素组分Ⅰ对鹤鹑血清及动脉壁胆固醇的影响。雄性朝鲜鹤鹑14只,随机分成两组。皆喂高脂饮食(含1%胆固醇),其中一组给予碱提类肝素组分Ⅱ600mg/kg/d,灌胃,另一组作为对照组。于给药前及药后四、八周未禁食12小时后取血测血清Tc、HDL_2-c及DL_3-c,计算HDL_2-c、HDL-c/Tc、HDL_2-c/、HDL_3-c值。八周后断头处死动物,测动脉壁胆固醇含量。结果表明,口服碱提类肝素组分Ⅱ能提高鹤鹑血清HDL及其亚组分水平及HDL-c/Tc值对血清Tc、HDL_2-c/HDL_3-c值及动脉壁胆固醇无显著影响。碱提类肝素组分Ⅱ是碱提类肝素调整血脂的有效成分。实验表明,该药腹腔注射能抑制由高脂饮食所致的鹤鹑血清胆固醇的升高及HDL-c/Tc、HDL_2-c/HDL_3-c值的降低,并能减少胆固醇及其酯在动脉壁的沉积。本实验研究了口服碱提类肝素组分Ⅱ对上述指标的影响。
In this paper, we investigated the effect of oral alkali-containing heparin component I on serum and arterial wall cholesterol of hen. 14 male Korean quail, were randomly divided into two groups.
