一、前言体育系是为国家培养“又红又专”的体育教师的主要基地之一.随着我国教育事业的发展和教学质量的提高,国家对体育教师的需求不仅在数量上增加,而且在质量上也要求越来越高.体育教学工作是培养体育教师最基本的工作,提高教学工作能力,是提高体育教师质量的关键环节.因此,对未来的体育教师——体育系学生教学能力的研究和培养,将直接影响到我国体育教师的教学工作能力和体育教学质量,也将影响到我院的教学质量.
