在我厂产品中,经常碰到外径对内孔的同轴度(一般为0.005~0.0075)要求很高的零件磨削加工。如果零件的精度是二级,采用1:5000心轴定心磨外径,则需要一组(3~5)心轴才能满足要求;三级公差的零件,则需要一组更多数量的(5~8)心轴。但是,这种方法存在着工具制造周期长、费用高、使用中辅助时间长、劳动强度大等缺点。我们试验成功了一种非金属套尼龙66可胀心轴。这种心轴具有结构简单、工艺性好、费用低等优点,经过几批零件的生产
In our factory products, often encounter the diameter of the coaxial bore hole (usually 0.005 to 0.0075) demanding parts grinding. If part accuracy is second order and a 1: 5000 mandrel centering outside diameter is used, then a set of (3 to 5) mandrels will be required to meet the requirements; third grade tolerance parts will require a greater number of 5 ~ 8) mandrel. However, this method has the disadvantages of long tool manufacturing cycle, high cost, long time of auxiliary use in use, high labor intensity and the like.
