随着信息化时代的到来,传统的企业经营管理模式已经越来越不能适应迅速变化的环境。本文通过分析信息化对于企业内外部环境的影响,提出在信息化的大环境下,国内企业应该按照自身的实际情况,依托信息技术构建全新的企业管理模式提高企业效率,增强企业核心竞争力。本文着眼于信息化建设对企业竞争力的影响,进一步阐述信息化的定义、实质以及信息化的含义。同时,对ERP在现代企业发展中的重要作用进行了分析,介绍了ERP在我国企业发展中的现状。最后,总结提出要根据企业发展的实际情况,合理推进信息化建设。
With the advent of the information age, the traditional mode of operation and management of enterprises has been increasingly unable to adapt to the rapidly changing environment. By analyzing the influence of informatization on the internal and external environment of the enterprise, this paper puts forward that under the environment of informatization, domestic enterprises should build a new mode of enterprise management based on their own actual conditions and rely on information technology to improve their efficiency and enhance their core competitiveness. This paper focuses on the impact of information technology on the competitiveness of enterprises, to further elaborate the definition of information technology, the essence and the meaning of information technology. At the same time, the paper analyzes the important role of ERP in the development of modern enterprises, and introduces the current situation of ERP in the development of Chinese enterprises. Finally, it is concluded that it is necessary to reasonably advance the construction of informationization according to the actual situation of enterprise development.
