近年来,肺炎衣原体引起的呼吸道感染发病率呈上升趋势。其肺炎衣原体IgG抗体在呼吸道感染中的阳性率国内报道为53%,国外报道为70%。我们对2000年6～12月因呼吸道感染而入院的44例60岁以上的老年人检测了肺炎衣原体IgG抗体,阳性者为21例,占47.7%。现将此组病人临床特点总结如下。
In recent years, the incidence of respiratory infections caused by Chlamydia pneumoniae is on the rise. The positive rate of its Chlamydia pneumoniae IgG antibody in respiratory tract infection was 53% in China and 70% in foreign countries. We detected 48 cases of Chlamydia pneumoniae IgG antibodies in 44 elderly people over the age of 60 who were hospitalized for respiratory infections from June to December in 2000. The positive rate was 21 (47.7%). The clinical features of this group of patients are summarized below.
