锅炉的煤粉在线监测对于节能减排、燃烧优化等起重要作用。基于光脉动法在线测量煤粉平均粒度的原理,结合频谱分析方法,提出了光脉动谱法,可以在线测量煤粉的粒度分布和浓度。通过对光脉动法在线测得的煤粉时间序列信号进行分析,得到不同频率段煤粉的脉动信号,分析了各频率段脉动信号与煤粉粒度分布间的关系,据此得到煤粉的粒度分布和浓度。实验结果与取样筛分得到的煤粉粒度分布进行了比较,二者吻合很好。
Boiler pulverized coal on-line monitoring for energy saving, combustion optimization play an important role. Based on the principle of pulverized coal pulverization on-line measurement of average particle size of pulverized coal, optical pulsation spectroscopy method was proposed in combination with spectrum analysis method to measure pulverized coal particle size distribution and concentration online. By pulverized coal pulsed time series signals measured by optical pulsation method, pulsation signals of coal pulverized coal with different frequency bands were obtained. The relationship between pulsation signals and pulverized coal particle size distribution was analyzed. Distribution and concentration. The experimental results are compared with the particle size distribution of the pulverized coal obtained by sampling and sieving, and the two are in good agreement.
