新疆的社区卫生服务发展从1998年开始,按照“先行试点,以点带面,稳步推进,注重实效”的社区卫生服务工作发展思路,通过全国社区卫生服务示范区建设,进一步合理调配卫生资源结构和功能,逐步形成了以社区卫生服务为基础。为了解新疆不同地区社区卫生服务站的人员状况,新疆维吾尔自治区卫生厅2008年5月,采用国家标准化问卷对全区10个县级市的96个社区卫生服务机构进行了调查,现报告如下。
