目的研究空间条件下光合细菌的生物学效应。方法具有有机废水净化功能的紫色非硫光合细菌:沼泽红假单胞菌H3和球形红细菌ZGY,经卫星搭载15d后,对某些生物学效应进行研究。结果空间条件对菌的存活力有一定的促进作用,对去除有机废水中的BOD5和水中的亚硝酸盐能力以及酚的降解、合成染料的脱色作用均有提高,对药物的遗传抗性亦基本稳定。结论搭载菌株H3S和ZGYS的形态和生理特征基本没有改变。
Aim To study the biological effects of photosynthetic bacteria under space conditions. Methods Purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacteria, Rhodopseudomonas palustris H3 and Rhodobacter sphaeroides ZGY, which have the function of purifying organic wastewater, were studied for some biological effects after 15 days by satellite. Results The space conditions had some effects on the viability of bacteria. The removal of BOD5 in organic wastewater and the nitrite in water and the degradation of phenol increased the decolorization of synthetic dyes and the genetic resistance to drugs stable. Conclusion Morphological and physiological characteristics of strain H3S and ZGYS were almost unchanged.
