劳动合同法的教学工作对于提升人力资源管理专业人才的职业素养、保障劳动者的合法权益以及促进社会的和谐稳定发展都具有重要的意义,但目前的人力资源管理专业劳动合同法教学中还不同程度地存在着教学内容不足、理论传授偏重以及实践环节缺乏等问题,影响了教学目标的实现和教学效果的提高。因此,必须进一步对教学内容、改进教学方法以及增加实习教学环节等方面采取相应的措施,以期不断提高人力资源管理专业劳动合同法的教学实效。
The teaching of Labor Contract Law is of great significance in improving professional accomplishment of human resource management professionals, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and promoting the harmonious and stable development of society. However, the current teaching of labor contract law of human resources management is different To a certain extent, there are some problems such as the lack of teaching content, the emphasis on theory transfer and the lack of practical links, which have affected the realization of teaching objectives and the improvement of teaching effectiveness. Therefore, we must take further measures to improve teaching content, improve teaching methods and increase practical teaching links, with a view to continuously improve the teaching effectiveness of the labor contract law of human resources management.
