结合广深高速公路k30~k41段沥青路面施工质量控制的实践对反映该段路面工程质量的几个主要指标的检测数据进行了概率分忻,计算结果表明,这些指标达到要求的保证率大都在95%以上,路面结构强度达到设计要求,路面使用性能优良,质量控制是成功的。论述了现行质量验收标准采用“合格率”评定工程质量的不妥之处,指出采用在一定概率基础上的质量评定方法是今后质量检验和控制的必然发展方向,简要介绍了这种方法。
Combined with the practice of quality control of k30 ~ k41 asphalt pavement of Guangshen Expressway, the test data of several main indexes which reflect the quality of pavement engineering of this section are analyzed. The results show that most of the guarantee rates of these indexes are Above 95%, the structural strength of the pavement meets the design requirements, the pavement performance is excellent, and the quality control is successful. This paper discusses the defects of the current quality acceptance standards in assessing the project quality by using the “pass rate”, and points out that the adoption of a qualitative assessment method based on a certain probability is the inevitable development direction of quality inspection and control in the future. This method is briefly introduced.
