轮对加速度是“神华号”八轴电力机车自动撒沙控制逻辑的唯一比较输入,但是这种单一的比较条件不足以反映机车复杂的运用需求。所以在有些工况下可能造成撒沙较少,依赖人工干预,也可能造成过量撒沙,造成其他不利影响。文章提出一种基于层次分析法(AHP)的多准则决策的撒沙逻辑,该方法综合考虑在机车实际运用工况,提高撒沙控制的智能化,减少人工干预。
The wheelset acceleration is the only comparison input for the “Shenhua” automatic sprinkler control logic for eight-axis electric locomotives, but this single comparison condition is not sufficient to reflect the complicated application needs of locomotives. So in some conditions may result in less sand, relying on human intervention may also cause excessive sand, causing other adverse effects. In this paper, we propose a Sands logic based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for multi-criteria decision-making. The method takes into account the actual working conditions of locomotives and improves the intelligence of sand control and reduces the human intervention.
