将地沟油经热过滤除杂、酸解反应而获得地沟油酸。以地沟油酸、三甲胺水溶液和环氧氯丙烷为反应原料,制备了一种新型的基于地沟油的季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂。考察了反应温度、反应时间和所使用的反应溶剂对产物收率的影响,得出最佳的反应条件:乙腈为溶剂,在50℃时反应6h,收率为84.8%。中间产物与终产物的化学结构使用傅里叶变换红外光谱进行了表征。
The waste oil by heat filtration and impurity removal, acid hydrolysis reaction and obtain furosemide. A new type of quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant based on gutter oil was prepared by using gully oleic acid, trimethylamine aqueous solution and epichlorohydrin as reaction raw materials. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and the reaction solvent used on the yield of the product were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: acetonitrile as solvent, reaction at 50 ℃ for 6h, the yield was 84.8%. The chemical structures of intermediates and final products were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
