胎盘构成了母胎间物质交换的主要屏障。研究发现,在人类胎盘有氯离子通道、钙离子通道、钠离子通道和钾离子通道等的存在,这些通道与胎盘生理功能的调控密切相关,但其机制尚不清楚。目前离子通道功能改变与子痫前期关系的研究正在逐步开展。作者简要总结了胎盘离子通道研究的新进展,并讨论了离子通道与子痫前期可能的关系。
The placenta constitutes the main barrier of material exchange between maternal and fetal. The study found that there are chloride channels, calcium channels, sodium channels and potassium channels in human placenta. These channels are closely related to the regulation of placental physiological function, but the mechanism is still unclear. The current research on the relationship between ion channel function and preeclampsia is being carried out gradually. The authors briefly summarize recent advances in the study of placental ion channels and discuss the possible relationship between ion channels and preeclampsia.
