本文按FAB分型修正标准分析了195例急非淋骨白血病髓象:M_1与M_2之原粒细胞仅在Ⅰ型上有差异;早幼粒及其后期细胞的多少对区分M_1与M_3,M_4与M_5有较大帮助:观察急非淋白血病的嗜酸性粒细胞亦有相似意义;M_3的原粒和早幼粒后期细胞均很少见,颗粒过多早幼粒中所见的多条Auer小体大多为排列紊乱的网状。而呈束状者很少见。以提高分型标准的准确性,本文对M_1与M_2之间原粒细胞Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和早幼粒的形态学作了补充和规定,并对FAB分型的问题及其使用事项提出了见解。
In this paper, 195 cases of acute leukemia non-myeloid leukemia were analyzed according to the FAB classification and correction standard. The numbers of M_1 and M_2 of the myeloblasts differ only in type Ⅰ; And M_5 have a greater help: observation of acute non-leukemia eosinophils also have similar significance; M_3 of the progenitor and promyelocytic cells are rare, too many particles seen promyelocytic multiple Auer Small body mostly arranged disorder network. The shape of a bundle is very rare. In order to improve the accuracy of typing criteria, this paper supplements and prescribes the morphological features of type I, type II and promyelocytes between M_1 and M_2, and puts forward the problems of FAB typing and its use opinion.
