欢迎您就专利问题畅谈观点,来稿请发:bao_ran@ccw.com.cn
Above the oceans, a war without smoke has already caused the entire Chinese electronics industry to burgle. The war is called “patent.” In the global market integration and the internationalization of production division of labor, within the framework of WTO, patent sticks have been repeatedly lifted to Chinese enterprises that are expanding their sphere of influence to the world. To be sure, as the largest developing country, Chinese enterprises still have a lot of deficiencies in their patent protection, patent accumulation and patent management experience, and they are also lacking in “original sin.” However, they will let their opponents abuse their intellectual property arrogance and abandon their self-improvement patent practice. Is the biggest responsibility for the entire industry. Digital television and even consumer electronics are the hardest hit by patent litigation, but things are turning around. March 9, 2007, the China Video Industry Association’s initiative, brewing for two years, from 10 top Chinese home appliance enterprises in the “Shenzhen Lottery Technology Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter referred to as “lottery ”) Officially registered; April 23, 2007, at the annual ceremony of China’s digital television,“ Lottery League ”officially unveiled. The establishment of “lottery” means that the Chinese home appliance industry has started to equalize into the international patent family and has tried to make its contribution in the field of digital television patents commensurate with the status of “e-power.” Of course, all has just begun, and comrades must work hard. This issue covers the topic, but also a special expert of the State Intellectual Property Office of experts on the current situation of digital TV technology patents and analysis of countermeasures, given informative data and insightful point of view, hope to bring readers valuable thinking. You are welcome to talk about the patent issues, contributions please send: bao_ran@ccw.com.cn
