利用仿真软件平台建立相控阵天线有限元模型,进行模态分析和随机振动分析,获取了产品三倍方差的位移、速度、加速度、等效应力等参数,给产品的优化设计提供参考。利用基于高斯分布和Miner线性累计损伤定律的三区间法预测产品的疲劳特性,预测结果具有一定的可信度。
The finite element model of phased array antenna is established by using the simulation software platform. Modal analysis and stochastic vibration analysis are carried out. Parameters such as displacement, velocity, acceleration and equivalent stress of triplex variance of the product are obtained, which can provide references for the optimal design of the product. Using the three-interval method based on Gauss distribution and Miner’s linear cumulative damage law to predict the fatigue characteristics of products, the prediction results have certain credibility.
