目的:采用微波消解-等离子体质谱法法测定大血藤中23种元素。方法:样品经微波消解,以Ge、Sc、Rh、In和Bi作为内标,补偿基体效应,采用等离子体质谱法同时测定23种元素。结果:对于所测元素,标准曲线的相关系数r>0.9987,方法准确性实验的相对标准偏差RSD<9.1%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、可靠,可用于大血藤子药材微量元素的检测。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of 23 elements in Daoxuetang by microwave digestion-plasma mass spectrometry. Methods: Samples were subjected to microwave digestion and Ge, Sc, Rh, In and Bi were used as internal standards to compensate for the matrix effect. Twenty-three elements were simultaneously determined by plasma mass spectrometry. Results: For the measured elements, the correlation coefficient r of the standard curve was> 0.9987, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method accuracy test was <9.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable and can be used for the detection of trace elements in Radix et Rhizoma.
