以棉秸秆为主基料栽培糙皮侧耳,以棉籽壳为对照,用通径分析法研究了棉秸秆的木质纤维素降解率与产量的关系。结果表明:与常规基料棉籽壳(对照)栽培相比,棉秸秆栽培的糙皮侧耳在营养成分、转化率等方面无差异;棉秸秆栽培中,各菌株间的产量、木质素降解率差异明显,且木质素降解率对产量的总影响力最大。因此,棉秸秆栽培糙皮侧耳是可行的,为提高产量,宜选择木质素降解能力强的菌株用于生产和研究。
Cotton cultivars were used as the main material to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus. Cotton bolls were used as control. The relationship between lignocellulosic degradation rate and yield of cotton straw was studied by the path analysis method. The results showed that compared with the conventional cottonseed hulls (control), there was no difference in nutrient composition and conversion rate between the cultivated Pleurotus ostreatus cultivars grown on cotton straw; the yield and lignin degradation rate Obviously, and lignin degradation rate of the total output of the greatest impact. Therefore, cotton straw cultivation Pleurotus ear is feasible, in order to improve the yield, should choose lignin-degrading strains for production and research.
